Richie Shaffer

Richie Shaffer is a former Major League Baseball player who lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife Danielle. He attended Clemson University where he was a first round draft pick by the Tampa Bay Rays and pursued professional baseball for 8 seasons.

When he's not writing, Richie can almost certainly be found behind the controls of his favorite video games (where he streams live on Twitch, weekday mornings), watching football with friends, or exploring new restaurants.

His first self-published novel, The Eight of Earth: A Valenian Sci-Fi Novel, is scheduled to release on Amazon in early 2020.
